Local Police of Donostia-San Sebastián
San Sebastian (Donostia) is a city with a multitude of events throughout the year. The Local Police needs to integrate the management of its various devices (drones, CCTV cameras, and mobile devices) into a single tool. A coordination room and a crisis room managed by Flexcontrol are set up, which in turn allows for the easy deployment of the various Command Posts it deploys for sporting and leisure events in the city. The tool is also used the Service telephone operations for daily incident management with video wall management.
